Due to growth, we seek a proactive IT Engineer to support robust and secure IT services.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
VMware and FortiSuite experience are a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune and conditional access.
Support Windows Server infrastructure, including RDS.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
Support virtual infrastructure; VMware experience is a plus.
Maintain firewall configurations, VLANs, and network security.
Support endpoint security, backups, patching, and compliance.
Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver IT solutions.
Participate in system upgrades and IT projects.
Document configurations and support cases.
Respond to support issues and guide junior staff.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong background in Windows Server and RDS.
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
Experience with network infrastructure, switching, routing, VLANs.
Firewall management experience, preferably with Fortinet/FortiGate/FortiSuite.
VMware experience is desirable.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
