Overview
Site Manager (Finishes)
Longford
€80-85k + Package
Ideal candidate will have prior experience on projects in sectors such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Data Centres, or Industrial with a strong knowledge of finishing on similar projects.
Essential experience
Essential to have internal fit out experience, ideally clean room construction
Experience liaising with Design teams is essential
Health and Safety mindset
Key responsibilities
Day-to-day management, coordination, and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors
Assist the project team in monitoring progress to meet agreed programme targets
Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times
Work closely with the supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and a strong site culture
Requirements
Previous main contractor experience; ideally commercial, mixed-use, residential, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects
Third-level qualification or trades background (excellent knowledge of trades)
IT skills – proficiency in Microsoft software
