Afterschool Deputy Manager

We are Kids Inc.We provide Early Years and Afterschool Care services.With an experience of more than 25 years in the childcare industry, we're one of the most established organizations operating geographically all over Ireland.Our goal to extend children's daily learning by involving them in a wide range of sports and creative programs, with a strict 'No Screen Time' policy.With 4 Creches and Preschool services in Dublin, Kids Inc is also hosting over 60 'Onsite" Breakfast and Afterschool Care programs throughout the country.We are looking for kind, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about working with children to join our team.We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Term-Time Manager, in Barefield to join our busy Afterschool & Holiday service.The Role:Daily management of the centre, including administration and completion of reportsOrganise the upcoming week according to company guidelinesEnsure that all team members are on board with the weekly plans and clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities to team membersSupport staff to ensure the holistic development of the childrenMaintain close, effective, working partnerships with staff and parents to ensure the wellbeing of their children and to achieve the centre's goals.Your Profile:1-3 years professional experience working with childrenPrevious experience in a childcare or educational settingExcellent communication skillsExperience in training other team membersMicrosoft Office proficiencyA relevant childcare or teaching qualification (desirable)What's in it for you?An attractive salary of €***** per hour (Minimum 20 hours per week guaranteed)Paid In-house Certified TrainingsReferral SchemeOpportunities for career progressionOngoing support from senior leadership and child development specialistsBike to work schemeIf this sounds like you, press APPLY today We would love to hear about your experienceAll successful candidates will need to go through a Garda Vetting check and provide a Valid Police Certificate (applicable to employees who have lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months since over the age of 16).
