Company DescriptionThe 4-star Glenview Hotel & Leisure Club is located in North Wicklow, just off the N11.Our eight dedicated conference rooms offer natural daylight and modern AV equipment, accommodating from 2 to 180 delegates.Guests can also enjoy the landscaped grounds, luxurious accommodations, and access to the Glenview Leisure Club.Situated only 10 minutes from Cherrywood with ample parking, we provide a perfect setting for meetings, training courses, or corporate events.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager (Hospitality) located in County Wicklow, Ireland.The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel and leisure club, ensuring high standards of guest services and satisfaction.Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating events, overseeing facility maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and working closely with other departments to enhance guests' experience.QualificationsExperience in hospitality management and customer service excellenceStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to oversee operations and coordinate eventsProficient in budgeting, financial planning, and cost managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in County Wicklow, IrelandBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferredPrevious experience in a hotel or leisure club setting is an advantage
