Gaelscoil deHíde is an Irish – language afterschool service that provides a safe, supportive, and fun environment for children outside of school hours.We are committed to promoting the Irish language in everyday activities while supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development.Key Responsibilities:· Supervise children and ensure a safe, caring environment always.· Communicate with children exclusively through Irish and encourage their use of the language in daily interactions.· Plan and deliver engaging activities.· Support children's individual needs and interests.· Follow all childcare, health and safety, and child protection policies and procedures.Requirements:· Fluency in Irish.· Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.Personal Attributes:· Friendly, caring, and patient approach to children.· Passion for the Irish language.· Creativity and enthusiasm for planning activities.Job Type: Part-timePay: From €***** per hourExpected hours: No less than 12 per weekWork Location: In person
