Description:
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of physiotherapists in the heart of West Cork (20 minutes from the beach) and at MTU Medical Centre/Sports Department.
The caseload includes MSK, Orthopedics, Rehab, and sports pediatrics, serving a diverse patient population from international athletes, team sports athletes, and the general public.
The role offers the chance to apply your knowledge within a supportive environment, with flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
Facilities:
Clinical measurement equipment, shockwave therapy, parallel bars
On-site gym with rack and free weights, Pilates area, running and gait analysis zones
Three spacious, bright treatment rooms and staff parking
Full admin support, online booking, Physitrack exercise software, and Cliniko patient management system
Mentorship and Development:
Led by an experienced professional with 25 years of experience, including guest lecturing at RCSI, presenting at national conferences, and supervising students from four universities.
Opportunities for training in Pilates and exercise classes.
The clinic emphasizes continuous professional development through regular in-service training and collaboration with experienced colleagues.
We maintain strong relationships with GPs, consultants, and sports coaches.
Requirements:
Valid CORU registration
Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Ability to manage a caseload independently and work effectively within a team
Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to patient-centered care
Membership eligibility with the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists
Additional Details:
Career Level: Basic Grade
Education: BSc Hons and MSc in Physiotherapy
Salary: €60,000 - €75,000
