Job Title: Junior AdministratorLocation: Bray, Co.WicklowEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout UsWe are a busy and growing accountancy practice providing professional services to a wide range of clients.We pride ourselves on delivering accurate, efficient, and client-focused support.We are now seeking a Junior Administrator to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative support to the team, including filing, scanning, and data entry.Assist with maintaining and updating client records.Support the preparation and processing of client invoices and payments.Use BrightBooks accounting software for basic bookkeeping and administration tasks (training will be provided).Answer phone calls and emails, ensuring a professional and timely response.Manage correspondence, scheduling, and other office organisation duties.Assist with compliance and documentation filing (Revenue, CRO, etc.).Perform ad hoc duties as required by the practice manager or partners.RequirementsFluent English, both written and spoken.Permission to work in Ireland on a full time basis.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with BrightBooks (advantageous but not essential – training provided).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Previous administration experience desirable, ideally in an office or professional services setting.What We OfferFull training and ongoing support.Opportunity to gain experience in an established accountancy practice.Friendly and supportive work environment.Competitive salary (commensurate with experience).Career progression opportunities.Job Type: Full-timePay: €28,****** per yearWork Location: In person
