Our Finance Programme
Finance plays a critical role in shaping the future of Kerry Dairy Ireland.
As a vertically integrated farm-to-fork business with a strong retail presence and a leading nutritional and dairy ingredients division, our finance teams are embedded across every part of the value chain—from milk procurement and manufacturing to commercial strategy and sustainability investment.
What You Might Be Doing
Supporting financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities across our dairy operations.
Collaborating with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams to provide insights that drive performance and profitability.
Assisting with month-end close processes, variance analysis, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Contributing to strategic projects such as cost optimization, investment appraisal, and sustainability-linked initiatives.
Gaining exposure to systems such as SAP and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
Participating in internal audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines

You're a recent or soon-to-be graduate.
