Regulatory Policy VP - Capital Markets Bank, DublinBased in Dublin City Centre, the Regulatory Policy VP will play a key role in overseeing regulatory compliance and policy development within the banking sector.This role requires a strategic mindset and expertise in accounting and finance to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations (ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP, EBA/ECB EU Stress Tests).ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain regulatory policies in line with industry standards and local requirements, including ICAAP, ILAAP, RRP, and EBA/ECB EU Stress Tests.Advise senior management on regulatory developments and their impact on business strategies.Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.Prepare and present regulatory reports for internal and external stakeholders.Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and address inquiries or audits as required.Monitor changes in the regulatory landscape and assess their implications for the organisation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed regulatory considerations into operational workflows.Provide training and updates to staff on regulatory policies and best practices.Profile / QualificationsStrong background in accounting, finance, or a related field within a Capital Markets or major Bank business.Ideally Accounting or Risk Qualified.Proven expertise in regulatory compliance and policy development.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication abilities to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Proactive approach to monitoring and adapting to regulatory changes.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and professional environment in Dublin.Job Offer / BenefitsCompetitive salary in the range of €80,000 to €110,000 per annum.Opportunities for professional development within the financial services sector.Permanent position offering job stability and career progression.Collaborative and professional work environment in Dublin.Benefits aligned with industry standards where applicable.If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as a Regulatory Policy VP in Dublin, we encourage you to apply today.Role DetailsSeniority level: ExecutiveEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance and SalesIndustries: Accounting#J-*****-Ljbffr
