I'm on the lookout for a Solutions Engineer to join a forward-thinking AI team, part of a growing data function.

The Role Im on the lookout for a Solutions Engineer to join a forward-thinking AI team, part of a growing data function at the heart of a leading financial services organisation.

Youll help design and deploy AI solutions that improve how business process everything from smart assistants to advanced LLMs.

Youll work across cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, helping to build modern, secure AI environments and deploy scalable, production-ready applications.

This is a hands-on, impactful role where youll collaborate with teams across the UK and Europe, bring new ideas to life, and help shape the AI ecosystem for the future.

The Person Youre a curious and creative engineer with a passion for AI and a strong grasp of cloud technologies.

You know how to turn ideas into real, working solutions and you enjoy collaborating with others to solve big challenges.

What youll bring: Solid experience building and deploying AI models and infrastructure that support business goals.

Experience working with cloud platforms, especially AWS and Azure.

Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Docker or Airflow.

Ability to translate business needs into smart technical solutions.

Clear communicator who documents their work and shares knowledge across teams.

Focus on responsible AI practices.

Nice to have: Experience with containerisation, version control and monitoring in production.

AWS/Azure cloud certifications.
