Corporate Finance Manager

Hybrid working Salary - €70-90k base plus bonus The business a leading corporate finance advisory business Join a 15 person tight knit team who are a leader in their space for M&A and Corporate Finance advisory services.
You will lead end to end transactions owning the relationship with buyers & sellers while bringing your commercial expertise to the table from an analytical, deal structure and relationship perspective.
Main Responsibilities of the role will include will include: Manage sell side mandates where you will identify suitable buyers, prepare financial information and negotiate commercial terms.
Support your clients with a broad range of mandates relating to M&A activities.
Work closely within a team to deliver to tight deadlines while always ensuring excellent client relationship management.
You will have: A track record of working on end to end transactions and having a significant impact on these deals.
Experience with commercial analysis and identifying opportunities / pain points within a business.
A strong eye for detail and strong commercial acumen to get to the best outcomes on transactions.
Ideally an ACA qualification or Corporate Finance equivalents.
