If you are an Electrical Quantity Surveyorseeking your next career move, send your CV to Oisn ODonohoe or call for a confidential discussion Key Responsibilities: Validate tender with Project Manager/Director post-award Assist in preparing project CCS and cash flow forecasts Compile monthly reports according to company standards Conduct site measures with Construction and Planning teams Submit claims and notices per contract provisions Highlight concerns on contract costs, sales, and contributions Manage client invoicing, track payments, and process subcontractor payments Draft pre- and post-contract correspondence with PM/Director Collaborate with Finance on project reporting and financials Resolve disputes and monitor site procurement updates Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or related field 4+ years experience in construction Quantity Surveying Working toward chartership or professional certification (desirable) Strong knowledge of Electrical Systems Data Centre/ Pharma experience is an advantage, but not essential Benefits: Salary €100k - €110k DOE Pension Generous living away allowance (in addition to salary) Accommodation and utility bills Regular return flights In country travel provided If you are an Electrical Quantity Surveyorseeking your next career move, send your CV to Oisn ODonohoe or call for a confidential discussion Skills: Electrical Quantity Surveyor
