Role Overview: Fexco Tech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dev Ops Engineer to join our engineering team.
You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
This role requires deep expertise in infrastructure as code, container orchestration, and Git Ops practices.
Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Terraform.
Manage Kubernetes clusters and deployments using Helm and Argo CD.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid development and deployment.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security across environments.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
Automate operational tasks and improve system reliability through tooling and scripting.
Maintain documentation and best practices for infrastructure and deployment processes.
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response.
Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Dev Ops Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
Familiarity with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications.
Experience with Argo CD.
Solid understanding of Git Lab Ultimate, including CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Kubernetes, Terraform, or cloud platforms an advantage.
Familiarity with security best practices in cloud-native environments.
Exposure to platform engineering or internal developer platforms.
