Health & Safety Advisor We are currently recruiting an Health & Safety Advisor for a leading engineering services company.
The role will be based in Dublin.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in project implementation and delivery processes.
They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts.

Responsibilities: Support the Health and Safety Manager in all site safety matters.
Ensure compliance with company and legal safety requirements on site.
Implement and maintain the companys Safety Management System.
Conduct site audits/inspections and report findings to the Project EHS Manager.
Identify training needs and report to the Project EHS Manager.
The Health & Safety Advisor will deliver site inductions and weekly Toolbox Talks.
Organise and lead Safety Meetings.
Review subcontractor Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
Assist with accident/incident investigations and reporting.
Submit weekly safety reports.
Carry out daily safety walks and report issues promptly.
Support teams in developing Safe Plans of Action (SPAs).
Requirements: 3+ years experience in a similar role.
A relevant EHS qualification.
Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external clients.
Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
IT Skills Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Benefits: Salary €50,000 to €60,000 DOE Vehicle allowance.
25 Days Annual Leave.
