Key Responsibilities: Deliver a variety of high-quality beauty and advanced skin treatments Provide thorough consultations, aftercare advice, and skincare recommendations Help drive team performance through rebooking, retailing, and client satisfaction Uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards at all times Contribute to social media content and occasional promotional events Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) At least 3 years experience in a salon or clinic setting Experience in gel BIAB nails, brows, massage, and advanced waxing A passion for skincare, with knowledge of facials, peels, or micro needling Excellent communication and people skills Availability to work two evenings (until 8pm) and Saturdays (9:30am3pm) Room to Grow: We offer a structured development plan that gives you access to training in cutting-edge technologies, including: BTL systems (Exion, Exilite, Emsella, Lymphastim) Cynosure Laser treatments Benefits: Competitive hourly rate + tips + performance bonus Company pension & employee discounts On-site parking Supportive, respectful team environment Loyal client base with potential to grow your following Continuous professional development in advanced aesthetics If you're ready to take the next step in your beauty and aesthetics career in a clinic that truly cares about its people and clients wed love to hear from you.
