Responsibilities: Lead on site mechanical teams to ensure all project requirements and deadlines are met This Site Manager will oversee project scheduling and planning activities Liaise with site managers, project teams and attend client/sub-contractor meetings Manage all site resources, including direct labour crews and subcontractors Coordinate material orders and ensure timely delivery to site Monitor progress and maintain high standards of work quality throughout the contract Ensure strict adherence to the projects Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) plan Requirements: The successful candidate must have 3-5 experience in a similar role.
Proven experience managing mechanical teams and delivering construction projects Strong planning, scheduling and resource management skills Ability to coordinate with clients, subcontractors and site teams effectively Knowledge of mechanical systems, material procurement and site logistics Familiarity with EHS standards, quality control and contract compliance Good communication skills and a full driving license with flexibility to travel Benefits: Salary €65,000 - €75,000 DOE Pension Scheme Company Laptop/Mobile CPD support Full Benefits package on application If you are a Site Manager who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
