Down Were working with a well-established manufacturing company in Co.

Down that designs specialist products with real-world impact.

Theyre growing their design team and looking for a hands-on Design Engineer whos confident taking projects from concept through to production.

This is a full lifecycle design role youll be using Solid Works to develop new products, working closely with suppliers, production, and wider teams to bring ideas to life.

What youll be doing: Designing components and assemblies using Solid Works Creating prototypes, testing products, and managing documentation Working with suppliers and production teams to bring designs to manufacture Contributing to design reviews, risk assessments (DFMEA), and regulatory checks What theyre looking for: 3+ years in a product design or an engineering role Strong Solid Works skills Understanding of plastic injection moulding and/or light metal fabrication Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage your own workload Whats on offer: Salary between £3540 K depending on experience 33 days annual leave Life assurance x4 annual salary Free parking, casual dress, and supportive working culture Early finish every Friday If youre an experienced Design Engineer looking for more ownership and the chance to work on meaningful products, this could be a great move.
