One of Irelands most established and reputable civil engineering contractors is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent for a major commercial development in Cork City.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team on a high-profile project, with long-term work secured in the Cork region.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations including groundworks, utilities, drainage, and external works.
Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure effective coordination of all works.
Monitor construction progress and ensure timelines, budgets, and specifications are adhered to.
Implement and enforce strict health & safety and environmental protocols.
Requirements: 5+ years experience in a Site Agent or similar role on civil or commercial projects in Ireland.
Strong understanding of civils, utilities, and infrastructure works.
Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors to deliver complex projects.
