Executive Director Nonprofit (Global Scope) Were delighted to be partnering with a highly respected international nonprofit to recruit their next Executive Director.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a small but high-impact global alliance making a profound difference for people living with a rare and debilitating condition.
Our client brings together patient organisations, researchers, clinicians.
They advocate to improve care, accelerate research, influence policy and amplify patient voices.
With breakthrough scientific advancements on the horizon, now is a pivotal time to join and help turn this momentum into meaningful outcomes.
This is a role for a hands-on, delivery-focused leader someone equally at ease representing the organisation on the world stage as they are building internal systems, managing budgets and guiding a small, committed international team.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations with transparency, efficiency and a focus on results.
Build strong partnerships with patient groups, industry leaders, researchers and policymakers.
Lead fundraising efforts across public, private and philanthropic channels.
Coordinate international research collaborations and ensure the patient perspective is central to decision-making.
Strengthen team culture and align the global network behind shared goals.
Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in nonprofit, healthcare or research leadership.
Skilled fundraiser with experience engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.
Strong operational and project management skills.
Comfortable working autonomously within a small remote team and across multiple time zones.
