Newly Qualified Employment Solicitor - Belfast Hybrid Working | Market-Leading Salary + Bonus & Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join the employment law team of a prestigious international firm in Belfast.

This role offers exposure to high-quality, varied, and often multi-jurisdictional work alongside colleagues in London and across the global network.

You'll work closely with international clients and collaborate regularly with teams in other offices worldwide, gaining invaluable global experience.

The Role This hands-on position offers a broad range of work, including: Advising on TUPE, redundancy procedures, and other employment-related aspects of corporate transactions Supporting large-scale restructuring, policy reviews, and compliance projects involving multiple jurisdictions Handling Employment Tribunal claims such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing Drafting contractual provisions, policies, and settlement agreements Conducting investigations into grievances and whistleblowing concerns Managing data subject access requests and advising on data privacy matters About You Qualified (or qualifying) Solicitor in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales Strong foundation in employment law gained through a leading firm or robust training seat Commercially minded, collaborative, and skilled in client relationship building Excellent communication and attention to detail What's on Offer Market-leading salary and bonus package, plus excellent benefits Flexible hybrid working arrangement Outstanding training and development in an inclusive, supportive environment The chance to work on headline matters with an international client base For a driven NQ eager to build a global employment law career, this is an exceptional opportunity.
