Pmo Support Analyst/jnr Project Manager

My client is actively looking for a PMO Support Analyst/Jnr Project Manager for a long term daily rate contract based in Dublin, Hybrid working options are available for this role.

As PMO support analyst / junior Project Manager you will support the Risk and information Security Portfolio & Health & improvement Portfolio in the overall administration of the portfolios.

The role reports to the Risk and information Security Portfolio Manager and working closely with project managers and analysts on the projects, currently 29 projects in the Risk & Information Security portfolio and 11 projects in the Health & improvement portfolio and this may increase throughout the year.

This requires an experienced PMO analyst to be organised , proactive and efficient and support the delivery of the portfolio Key Responsibilities: 1.

Preparation of Monthly Board decks (3) in Week 2 o Create initial draft and review with pms looking for language format, POAP dates not in past etc, milestone flagged correct colour and bullets o Send to Portfolio manager for review 3 days in advance of meeting o Minutes these 3 meetings, review with PMs and send to PPM for review within 2 days of meeting 2.

Cyber Steering Deck monthly -Week 3 oinitial draft update from board decks and pms looking for language format, POAP dates not in past etc, milestone flagged correct colour and bullets, bring actions from previous meeting and request update on action from owner o Send to PPM for review 3 days in advance of meeting o Minutes this meeting and send to PPM for review within 2 days of meeting 3.

Plan on a Page per project check weekly with pms that is up to date challenges dates in past not completed 4.

Plan on a Page per programme update Programme POAP from projects 5.

Status report check with PMs that they have submitted weekly, Friday 11am for Portfolio Manager for review on Friday , ensure completed correctly 6.

Clarity review with pms has resourcing requested correctly, flag any issues to portfolio manager 7.

Clarity support PMs on creating and updating Cost plans 8.

Clarity Resourcing producing reports from Clarity to show resource allocations versus actuals for all projects on a monthly basis 9.

Support raising POs for projects 10.

Support with procurement requests 11.

Change & Resourcing forums assist complete requests for Risk and information Security 12.

Meet on Monday with Portfolio manager to arrange diary begins week what is coming up preparing in advance 13.

Support quarterly and half yearly reports production, ensuring they are prepared in advance for review 14.

Support Monthly resourcing forums and prepare inputs for Portfolio manager review 15.

Attend adhoc meeting and minute them 16.

Support onboarding of new resources with setup and access 17.

Review Resourcing for Lines of Business with PMs and ensure Share Point site is updated correctly 18.

Produce monthly extracts from Lines of business Share Point site of monthly resourcing requests Project Experience: PMO analyst will have experience across the following: experience in project management cycle and understand project management concepts.

experience working across projects and PMs to gather and collate information experience in a fast pace / agile environment ability to manage complexity effectively and guide necessary resources to ensure correct focus.
