This role is based on site five days per week.
There will be flexibility around times, but realistically to succeed, this is a team role that communicates in-person Responsibilities Full responsibility for a PRS portfolio ensuring all identified strategic goals are delivered Track performance v forecasts, identify variances and solutions to correct issues Proactively contribute to development of asset strategies Oversea & deliver on business plans, keeping them on track and driving them forward Present high quality reporting packs to C-Suite, private investors and shareholders Support due diligence work for potential new acquisitions and assets Requirements Qualified accountant, ideally practice trained with a strong interest in Real Estate or Asset Management Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are essential This role is unstructured and requires a proactive approach, there will be training, but not hand holding Excellent Excel & Power Point needed Remuneration €70,000 - €80,000 depending on experience plus bonus up to 20%.
