Meath Hybrid possible after probation Salary negotiable We are seeking an organised Accounts Administrator to manage day to day accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts and assisting with audits and reporting.
This role requires excellent administrative skills and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling a high volume of financial data.
Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payments Accounts receivable; generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments Bank reconciliations and petty cash management Prepare and submit tax forms, including Vat and Vies return Prepare financial reports and summaries as required Communicate with suppliers and clients regarding account queries Monthly payroll preparation Use accounting software such sage accounting and payroll Manage Relevant Contract Tax in Ireland and the UK Ensure compliance with company policies Update and maintain the achilles accreditation Qualifications and Skills: 1-3 years of experience in accounting and payroll Proficiency in Sage accounting software Strong attention to detail Good organizational and time management skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills: Accounts Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Bookkeeping
