Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join our team at Global Professional Consultants.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to work on a variety of projects, including medium to large-scale residential, retail, mixed-use and leisure developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding, a thorough knowledge of current industry regulations, previous experience on site and good proficiency in both Revit & AutoCAD.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage medium to large-scale projects from design development to construction stages
  • Utilize skills in medium/high-density residential, retail or commercial projects
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current building regulations
  • Develop excellent technical skills in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Cultivate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
  • Qualified Architectural Technologist with 5 years+ experience
  • Proven track record managing medium to large-scale projects
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of current industry regulations
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is desirable
  • Site experience is required
