Service Advisor At MAN Truck and Bus, we are the importer and retailer of MAN Commercial vehicles in Ireland.

We are part of the OHM Group, one of Irelands largest automotive retail groups with many dealerships in the Dublin area.

We are now hiring a Service Advisor to join our team.

About the role: Based at MAN Truck and Bus in Oak Close, Oak Road Business Park, Nangor Road, Dublin 12 , this is a full time onsite role working Monday to Friday: Providing the end to end service of a customer vehicle service journey meeting and greeting all service customers scheduling customer vehicle service bookings by phone, email, walk-in determining workshop availability for service, maintenance and repair work maintaining up to date progress on each of your customer vehicles when undergoing service and/or repair, advising and agreeing with customers on additional work or costs Handing the serviced vehicle over at the agreed day/time, explaining the work completed and processing payment.

liaising with other teams in the business, management, reception, sales, warranty, parts As a front line member of staff, you will always be a brand ambassador for the MAN ensuring our customer service is maintained to the highest standards, utilising manufacturer, company standards and best practice Skills and Experience at least 1 years experience in a similar role working in the Motor industry good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (fluent written and spoken English) a working knowledge of Kerridge/ Keyloop preferable - training can be provided experience in providing excellent service to front line customers ability to prioritise, multi-task, manage time effectively particularly at peak times Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland or hold a current visa/work permit What We Can Offer You: Competitive Salary Contributory Pension Plan Staff Retail Discount Scheme Employee Assistance Programme 22 days holidays Skills: Kerridge Aftersales Car Repair
