Medforce is seeking a Staff Grade Occupational Therapist to join our client's Adult Primary Care Services team in West Clare.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a progressive and supportive multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to adults in the local community.
Key Responsibilities: Provide person-centred assessment, intervention, and support for adults with a range of needs Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and the wider primary care team Contribute to health promotion, prevention, and rehabilitation initiatives in the community Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in service planning and evaluation Essential Criteria: A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy Registration with CORU as an Occupational Therapist Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for community work) Desirable: Previous experience working in adult primary care or community settings Experience with equipment provision, housing adaptations, or functional assessments What We Offer: Induction programme and ongoing clinical supervision Peer support and opportunities for CPD A dynamic and friendly working environment Opportunity to contribute to developing community-based services If you or someone you know is interested in this position, please send a copy of your CV to If you refer an OT to us who is successfully hired, we can offer you a €150 thank you bonus T&C's apply #MEDAHP
