Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Location: Large High Profile Modern Corporate Building Campus, Dublin 2 Remuneration; c€70,000, daily allowances, additional benefits and more Fantastic Career Advancement Opportunity for Team Leaders in Electrical Maintenance.
Along with the Mechanical TSC, you will report to the Technical Manager and provide electrical technical support services and guidance to the technical facilities maintenance and operations team.
You will give value and worth by being an advocate for your team while providing quality customer focus and care to the building occupants.
Ensure operations, maintenance and repairs are carried out in compliance to; relevant Service level Agreements (SLAs), Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and good practice quality guidelines / regulations (Gx P ) Key Responsibilities *Along with the senior team on site, develop standardised PM structure for all site buildings and monitor changes required.
*Complete small projects, both electrical and controls when necessary, with full responsibility from planning, ordering parts, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation.
*Ensure documentation of work activities requirements are adhered to using both paper based and CMMS systems.
*Specify and order supplies or materials as needed for work, develop standardised PM structure for all site buildings and monitor changes required.
*Ensure all works activities are carried out within agreed time lines, while ensuring safe systems of work (RA, MS, SPA and Permits) are adhered to.
*Complete method statement, risk assessments, Safe Plans of Actions, and Permits associated with their work activities *Supervise vendors/contractors on site to ensure a comprehensive Contractor Management System.
*Routine Preventative Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance *Customer Focus; Regular communication with end users/customers to have a clear understanding of requirements in a respectful, pro-active, professional manner.
*Some hands on work may include; PAT testing, IR surveying, continuity testing, lighting checks, breaker testing, tests, repairs and maintenance and monitor / respond to BMS alarms What you Need The role requires an individual with a customer focused proactive attitude and previous experience working in a Corporate Building Environment.
Minimum Electrical Trade Certified academic Technical strengths; PM and RM experience in Facilities Maintenance in a similar environment Ability to communicate effectively under pressure with a multitude of stakeholders simultaneously Be flexible and adaptable to new working methods, practises, plant, equipment or procedures.
