Kerry Company: Leading Main Contractor Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team for an exciting nursing home construction project in Tralee, Co.
Kerry.
As a key member of our site management team, you will oversee all engineering aspects of the project, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Setting out, levelling, and surveying the site Managing subcontractors and site personnel Ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders Overseeing quality control and site documentation Resolving technical issues and providing engineering support Reporting on progress and maintaining accurate records Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Previous experience working as a Site Engineer, preferably with a main contractor Experience with nursing home, healthcare, or residential projects is an advantage Proficiency in setting out and using surveying equipment (e.g., total station) Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full driving license and willingness to travel if required What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a leading main contractor on a high-profile project Career progression and professional development opportunities A dynamic and supportive team environment If you are a dedicated Site Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity in Tralee, we want to hear from you For more information or to discuss in confidence, please contact Tomas Kinsella at CSR on.
