Environmental Advisor CLIENT One of the world's largest providers of integrated facility services.

As a driving force for a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable world, from commercial office buildings to airports, hospitals, data centres, manufacturing plants, distribution centres, and more.

The Ideal Person * A primary degree in an environmental or related discipline.

* Knowledge, understanding and working experience of environmental/PPC permitting and consent requirements.

* Knowledge, understanding and working experience of ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems (EMS).

* Working experience of Environmental & EMS auditing/inspection.

* 3 year's experience in a related field.

* A full, clean driving licence.

* IT literate including proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Responsibilities * Keep abreast of environmental compliance obligations and ensure compliance with legislation, PPC permit & consent requirements, corporate and site policies.

* Investigate environmental incidents and the implement associated preventative measures as appropriate.

* Maintain and develop the ISO14001 environmental management system (EMS) and provide environmental support for the wider organisation and environmental working groups (EWG).

* Maintain arrangements to ensure requirements of any PPC permit, discharge consents or other environmental requirements are demonstrably fulfilled.

* Coordinate and supervise waste management activities.

* Evaluate potential environmental impact associated with site activities including contractor activities.
