We are seeking a construction solicitor to join our client and their accomplished team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel to our client.

Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on all legal aspects of construction projects, including contract and regulatory compliance.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts, subcontracts, and related legal documents.

Conducting due diligence and risk assessments.

Providing legal support and guidance.

Collaborating with other departments within the company.

Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with experience in construction law or commercial contracts.

Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and regulations.

Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in legal documentation.
