You are: A business partnering Finance Director who sees the finance function as being proactive in helping run a business better.
Hands-on, happy to coach people to do the basics well.
Also credible at raising finance, preparing a business for sale, commercial negotiations etc.
Experienced in scaling a business and increasing shareholder value.
Confident to report to an excellent board and hold your own.
This role is ideally suited for you if you are living in the Midlands or looking to relocate there and you enjoy working with entrepreneurs.
