Leading and managing an enthusiastic team Ensuring the development of policies, programmes and evidence-based practice consistent with standards (HIQA) and standard policies within the nursing home.
Qualifications / Requirement: Experience as Clinical Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing 3 years post-registration experience in a nursing home environment.
Significant management experience Excellent people skills Thorough knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills Computer Skills Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience Required: Supervisory: 3 years (Preferred) Nurse Management: 1 year (Preferred) Skills: Supervising Nurses, HIQA, Rostering, Clinical Nurse Manager Salary: From: €24.00 per hour to €27.50 per hour.
