Job Title: Service Engineer Company: The Hot Coffee Co.

Contract: Full-time (with weekend call outs on a rota basis) Location: Northern Ireland Salary: £30,000 Vehicle: Company van provided The Hot Coffee Co.

is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team With over 25 years of expertise in supplying top-quality hot beverages to the hospitality and office industries in Northern Ireland, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence in both products and customer service.

Candidates should have experience in; Installation Expertise: Install traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machine packages with precision.

Provide comprehensive demonstrations on machine operation and cleaning procedures to clients.

Repair and Maintenance: Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnose issues accurately, and execute efficient repairs to restore functionality.

Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent future problems.

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding throughout the service process.

Technical Skills: Possess a basic understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and wiring principles.

Additionally, demonstrate a foundational knowledge of plumbing to address related issues.

Who we are looking for 1-2 years experience as Service Engineer, ideally in the coffee sector Experience in Engineering/ Electrical engineering Strong time management skills and ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Clean driving license is essential for the role.

Methodical approach to work, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workshop and storage areas.

Commitment to excellence and pride in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Willingness to learn and adapt, with training provided by represented manufacturers.
