Paralegal (ip / Contracts / Technology)

This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with an interest in developing a career in commercial law.
Your New Role As the Commercial Paralegal you will; Gain exposure to a variety of commercial legal matters across areas such as IP/Patents, Technology and Energy.
Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, and supplier contracts.
Support negotiation efforts by preparing contract summaries and identifying risk factors.
Maintain and organize legal documentation and contract databases.
Conduct legal research on commercial law, compliance issues, and regulatory developments.
Assist with corporate governance, including company filings and board materials.
Supporting trademark filings and IP matters.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure legal processes align with business operations.
Monitor deadlines for contract renewals and expirations.
What youll Need To Succeed As the Commercial Paralegal you will have; Previous experience in a commercial law practice or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of contract law and commercial legal principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear communication style with the ability to distill complex legal concepts.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.
Proficiency in legal software and MS Office.
Ideally have an interest or experience in IP/Trademark, IT/Technology and/or Energy law.
