Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design input across mid-to-large-scale building projects from concept through to handover Attend project and client meetings and represent the company at all stages of the project lifecycle Prepare technical specifications, detailed design drawings, reports, and schedules Produce design documentation in line with RIBA/project stages and local building regulations Ensure all project work complies with internal quality procedures, project management plans, and timelines Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure fully integrated design solutions Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff Requirements: 5+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services design within a consultancy environment Strong knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC, water services, and low-carbon system design Track record delivering sustainable and energy-efficient projects across various sectors Proficient in Hevacomp, IES, Auto CAD, and working knowledge of Revit Degree (Level 8) in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering Chartered Engineer status or actively working towards chartership Strong communication and leadership skills Benefits: €60000 to €75000 DOE + annual performance-related bonus Hybrid working model & flexible hours Technical excellence networks across global offices 2227 days annual leave (based on service) Health & wellness initiatives including annual health checks and EAP Volunteer days and opportunities to contribute to sustainability initiatives Interested?
