Senior Physiotherapist - Poynton Spine Care@Mater Private Network ? Poynton Spine Care is looking for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team at the Mater Private Limerick.
This is a fixed term contract, covering Maternity Leave.
This is a key role in the rehabilitation of patients with acute and chronic spinal pain, and you'll be instrumental in developing clinical effectiveness and evidence-based practice within our clinic.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will: Manage a clinical caseload of both surgical and non-surgical patients.
Work closely with consultant spine surgeons including joint spine clinics Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and other team members to set and achieve rehabilitation goals.
Lead in setting and maintaining high clinical standards based on evidence-based practice and provide clinical support to colleagues.
Treat complex and routine spinal conditions, demonstrating the necessary skills to handle varied pathologies.
Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders, including patients, their families, and external healthcare professionals.
Contribute to the ongoing development of in-service training and participate in research and clinical audits related to spinal conditions as required.
