An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading, well-established main contractor.
This is a North Dublinbased role overseeing multiple high-profile commercial and residential projects.
The company has a strong pipeline of secured work and offers long-term career progression within a dynamic and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Manage project teams, site managers, and subcontractors to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance, progress, and risk, and implement mitigation strategies as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to project teams.
Requirements: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role with a main contractor.
Proven experience managing multiple commercial or residential projects simultaneously.
Strong commercial awareness and contract administration skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
Full driving licence required.
