Join us as a Data Scientist We're seeking an experienced data scientist with an appetite to apply cutting edge data science techniques to help multiple teams across Three unlock value from data.


By joining Three's Analytics & Innovation team, you will work with a wide range of interesting data sources in order to create datasets and engineer features, perform exploratory analyses and deep dives, build machine learning models & bespoke analytical solutions, and deploy them to production.


This role presents an exciting opportunity for any data scientist who has the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and has an innovative mindset when designing and building great solutions.


What else it involves Create and work with large datasets to extract value and insights Use statistical and data science techniques to explore data, identify patterns and trends and make recommendations to help with business decision-making Process, join and analyse data sources to create features which feed into analytical and machine learning pipelines Build, deploy and maintain predictive models and data science solutions Manage, monitor and recalibrate models deployed to production Optimise and automate workflows to scale existing processes Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights Create dashboards to visualise insights for stakeholders Research and implement new techniques in data science & artificial intelligence to make analytical solutions more impactful, scalable and accurate The skills we're looking for Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning and data science principles Experience in designing, building and deploying machine learning and forecasting models Proven experience in Python and SQL Familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools (e.g.


Tableau, Power BI, Cognos) Experience using a version control system (e.g.


Git) Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g.


Tensor Flow, Py Torch) is a plus Excellent project management skills, including communication and stakeholder engagement Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Attention to detail and collaborative mindset Ability to work independently and to take ownership of key responsibilities Benefits of Working at Three Flexible working with our new Hybrid model, our employees will enjoy more flexibility working from home and our office locations (3 days per week office based).
