Overview of Role: Create detailed MEP technical drawings and plans using software such as Revit & Auto CAD Have an understanding of building engineering services & associated installation methods An ability to understand schematic drawings and create coordinated designs from them Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in coordination Collaborate with the wider design team to provide design improvements Be proficient in the use of Navisworks The Ideal Person: A minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience of operating MEP design/coordination/modelling in REVIT.

Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a dedicated team.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.

High attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem solving.

Energetic, punctual, and reliable.

Ability to use your initiative and be decisive.

Ability to work to tight deadlines.
