The job: Account Executive DACH- SMB/ENT Are you not happy in your current company? Or you just want to progress on the sales field? Join and be part of our first office in Dublin.

I'm looking to speak with fluent German (Deutsch) speakers in the sales industry for a well established American Software company.

You are a high energy person and enjoys fast-pace environments.

Responsibilities and every day Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads Prospect into buyer personas: Small Businesses, C-Suite/ Marketing personas Meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual New Logo targets Manage the full sales cycle Manage a sales pipeline in CRM, while maximizing prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, Sendoso, and Outreach, etc.

Handle quote creation and order processing Collaborate with the Sales ecosystem like Marketing, Account Development, Solutions Architects, and others.

Who you are 2+ years of full-cycle sales closing experience Fluent German & English Familiarity with software, strong knowledge of the E-commerce/ Retailers/ Brands domain Demonstrated consistent goal achievement in competitive environment Demonstrated success with cold calling and creative pipeline generation strategies College degree or equivalent work experience (preferred but not required) What we offer Salary up to 130 K OTE Healthcare and Pension Scheme Generous commission structure Full-time permanent contract.
