Responsibilities: Deliver professional financial advice that complies with FCA regulations and best practices.
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring a proactive and client-focused service.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to recommend financial solutions that address a wide range of client needs.
Drive new business growth through referrals, self-generated leads, and existing client relationships.
Ensure all client records are maintained accurately, documenting objectives, goals, and recommendations.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed advice.
The Ideal Person: Extensive experience in financial advisory, with a proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios.
A high level of commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for business growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain complex information clearly.
Strong organisational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Deep knowledge of financial planning, including pensions, investments, tax-efficient strategies, and holistic planning.
A client-centric approach, prioritising strong, long-term relationships and exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications: QFA at a minimum.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, markets, and industry practices.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor junior advisors if required.
Proficient in using financial planning software and tools.
A minimum of 5 years experience in financial advisory or related roles.
