This is a key leadership role where you'll support the Nurse Manager in upholding the highest standards across the home, which provides specialist care for older adults, individuals with physical disabilities, those requiring short-term respite, and palliative care.
As Deputy Nurse Manager, youll play a central role in: Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team Promoting a warm, person-centred environment Ensuring safe, compassionate, and dignified care at all times Whether its helping a resident transition comfortably through palliative support or providing short-term respite with excellence, your leadership will be vital in every care journey.

Supporting the Nurse Manager in leading the care team and managing the day-to-day running of the home To be a positive, visible role model; promoting our person-centered philosophy of care to staff, the wider community, and visiting professionals Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care.
Assist the Nurse Manager in writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency.
