Role: Junior Project Manager Location: Limerick Project: Road Talent Curve are working with a well-established civil engineering contractor operating across Limerick and the surrounding areas, delivering high-quality infrastructure and civil projects.
As our business grows, we are looking for Site Engineers with 1-3 years experience who are keen to step into a management role and develop their career as Junior Project Managers.
This role us roughly split between 30% setting out, with the remaining 70% focused on project management duties.
You will work closely with senior managers to assist with planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful delivery of civil engineering projects.
Responsibilties: Perform setting out and site surveying tasks (approximately 30% of role) Support the Project Manager in coordinating site activities and project delivery Assist in scheduling, resource planning, and project progress monitoring Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards Prepare project documentation, reports, and attend site meetings Requirements: 1-3 years experience as a Site Engineer in civil engineering or construction Degree in Civil Engineering or preferably Construction Management Strong organisational, communication, and leadership potential Good IT skills including MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project) Full clean driving license Eagerness to develop into a project management role Whats on Offer?
