With 25 staff and a strong, collaborative team culture, we're seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance to take ownership of our regulatory, risk, and governance frameworks.
What you'll bring: 2–4+ years' compliance or regulatory experience within a Mi FID investment firm, banking, or relevant financial services environment Professional qualifications (ACOI, QFA, Dip FS Law, ACA, or similar) Strong knowledge of Irish/EU regulation – Mi FID II, AML, GDPR, CRD Confident communicator capable of working independently and engaging with the Central Bank, senior management, and the Board What you'll own: PCF-14 (Risk Officer) and PCF-15 (Compliance Officer / MLRO) roles Development of our risk management strategy, ICAAP, and internal control testing Delivery of regulatory compliance, board reporting, and training across the firm Cultivation of a proactive compliance culture, with oversight of Central Bank engagement This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact role where your expertise will shape our regulatory posture and risk resilience.
