UCD Veterinary Hospital (UCDVH) is seeking to appoint a career grade veterinary nurse for small animal medicine to provide a high standard of nursing care by assuming shared responsibilities for a specific discipline team and by helping to coordinate patient flow through hospital services.
Candidates must hold a Veterinary Nursing Qualification registerable with the Veterinary Council of Ireland.
Particular to this position: You will be required to work 36.5 hours per week over 5 days during the week between Monday and Sunday.
Weekend and weekday out-of-hours working may be required on a rota basis.
Start and finish times will vary depending on the needs of the hospital.
The actual allocation of these hours of work will be arranged with your line manager.
Vet Nurse_Career Grad (7928) Salary Scale: €37,376 - €48,036 Per Annum Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on the 24th of September 2025.
