Job Type Permanent Full-Time Remote Work Option Hybrid Category IT Services Location Dublin City, County Dublin, Ireland Job Details Role Title: Senior Solution Architect (Salesforce) Role Location: Dubin/Hybrid Company: Vhi Group Services Dac A full-time and permanent position has arisen within Vhi for Senior Solution Architect role, This role is responsible for designing and implementing solutions to complex business problems for Vhi Group.

They collaborate with project management, business teams and technical architects to evaluate system architectures and ensure alignment with organizational requirements.

They are also responsible for ensuring the complete handover to a support structure.

Designs will encompass resourcing and organizational structures, support and alignment with business capabilities and processes.

Ensure the use of industry and Salesforce specific standard best practices and methods.

Be proficient in industry standard tooling.

Ensure good Knowledge Management and documentation of designs.

Be able to communicate designs and benefits to business teams and other senior stakeholders.

Be aware and knowledgeable of the need for business change from implementing new technology solutions.

Ensure solutions provide the best possible employee experience.

Monitor emerging technology and advise in ways to gain business and technical advantages of implementing such technology.

Be able to provide specialist advice in Healthcare, Insurance or other technology areas like Cloud.

Provide technical guidance during solution development and integration.

Evaluate change requests and recommend actions.

Participate in demand management requests of you time and other members of the architecture team.

Education & Experience Salesforce Certified Salesforce and AWS Training advantageous Knowledge of Architecture methods like TOGAF advantageous Experience of technology in a Healthcare or Insurance Setting Demonstrated alignment to Vhi values Skills and Abilities Salesforce integration with external systems Salesforce solution design and data model Understanding of Salesforce customization and development Understanding of Einstein, Data Cloud and other Salesforce services/features Architecting Cloud computing solution (AWS preferred) End to end System Design A good understanding of Healthcare or Insurance technology and technical solutions.

A good understanding of the need to manage business change and be able to advise senior stakeholders.
