Role Work with a diverse client base across industries giving you exposure to real, practical experience in Accounts, Tax, Assurance, and more Mentorship and development from experienced accountants who will help you build confidence and broaden your skillset Clear career path with progression opportunities built into the role Supportive workplace culture where your input is valued, and youll be encouraged to take ownership of your work Flexible, hybrid working options enjoy a better work-life balance without sacrificing career ambition Requirements: Newly qualified or nearly there (ACA, ACCA, or CPA) Minimum 2 years experience working in an Irish accountancy practice this is essential A genuine interest in developing across multiple areas from financial reporting to tax Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with clients Familiarity with Excel, Xero, or SAGE is a plus, but not a deal-breaker Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary: €50k€60k DOE Hybrid/flexible working model Full CPD support and regular performance reviews Generous pension contributions Supportive team and a clear progression pathway Sound like a fit?
