Senior Project Lead Engineer is required by Career Wise Recruitment for our Mayo based pharmaceutical client.
This is a 12-month contracting position.
IF you have experience in NPI, Facilities, Utilities, Construction or Pharmaceutical Processing then this is the position for you THE ROLE Work in a safe manner and in compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment mandatory policies, standards, and procedures.
Support and adhere to personnel and manufacturing policies and procedures.
Adhere to the Change Control Management System for all changes to the existing process or the implementation of new systems.
Ability to drive change by assessing opportunities, present proposals, gain support from key stakeholders, assemble relevant team members, obtain finance, and manage budgets.
Ability to write Design Specifications and complete IQ/OQ/PQ activities as part of project execution.
Ability to perform risk management, translate the results into action and execute the implementation plans.
Plan and prioritise workload to ensure that agreed deadlines are achieved.
Occasionally perform other engineering duties to support the operation, as the management may require.
Take ownership of projects, participating in the audits of the various regulatory agencies presenting to visitors as Subject Matter Expert.
Work proactively and professionally with internal and external cross functional team members and third-party service providers REQUIREMENTS: Primary degree level education in Engineering (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience.
Project Management training.
Experience in Construction/Facility systems/Utility systems/Pharmaceutical Processing NPI.
Experience in commissioning.
