Senior Business Analyst Desired skills: Agile, Stakeholder Engagement, Data & Analytics Agile Delivery Lead / Senior Business Analyst Location: Dublin / Hybrid (2-3 days on-site) Salary: € DOE Type: Full-time, Permanent My client, a global leader in technology-enabled healthcare solutions, is seeking a highly organised and adaptable professional to support the delivery of innovative data and analytics initiatives.

The role combines agile delivery leadership with business analysis, making it ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage workflows, and help ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies for project teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine priorities and requirements.
Support the design and documentation of data and analytics solutions.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve delivery issues.
Use insights and feedback to continuously improve delivery processes.
Requirements: 5+ years' experience in an agile delivery or business analysis role.
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.
Familiarity with data-focused or technology-led projects.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
