With operations across Ireland, the UK, Europe, MENA, and the USA, Uniphar works with 200+ of the worlds leading pharma and Med Tech manufacturers to improve patient access to medicine and healthcare solutions.

The role plays a key part in supporting the commercial finance function Key responsibilities include: Prepare and analyse monthly profit & loss reports including gross margin performance commercial agreements and customer deals are properly accounted for and reconciled Support pricing and product setup in collaboration with the business support team Investigate and resolve AP and AR issues linked to commercial transactions Lead monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with internal controls Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Collaborate with teams across finance, IT, and operations to resolve reconciliation issues Own key finance processes including stock, consignment, and GR/IR controls Support audit preparation and act as the point of contact for external auditors Supervise and mentor junior finance staff Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 23 years post-qualification experience Proven background in financial reporting, reconciliations, and commercial finance SAP or similar ERP system experience desirable Ability to handle large volumes of data and drive actionable insights Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently and under time pressure Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and improvement-focused Company Culture & Benefits This organisation values innovation, flexibility, and teamwork.
